Does Sentinel work for every operator?

It can, but it works best for operators who see their charter fleet as a profit center and flying more charters as a strong lever they can pull to increase their bottom line.

Does Sentinel let me reduce the size of my sales team?

We wouldn't recommend that. We think you'll be better off just re-purposing their time. How about letting them spend some time calling to follow up on the quotes you've sent or hunt for new clients? Better yet, ask your current sales team. We bet they've got some great ideas.

Does Sentinel replace my current scheduling system?

It can, but we'll leave that up to you. You can easily run a schedule with Sentinel and it's straightforward to use. But, we haven't concentrated on building all the bells and whistles that some scheduling systems have. Some of our customers replace their current system, and some use Sentinel alongside whatever they've been using.

How long does it take for my team to learn how to use Sentinel?

About half a day. The workflows in Sentinel are pretty intuitive.

We usually have a preliminary phone call, followed by a more in depth session to make sure it's a good fit, and then one last call to finish the sign up.

Onboarding & tuning takes a few days, but don't worry about that. Our team does all the heavy lifting for you.

What if my strongest competitor signs up first?

Don't let that happen. If you're both flying 40 hours a month, and they start flying 80, where do you think some of that increase is going to come from?

Why shouldn't I try it?

You got us there. We can't think of any reason.
